One room, two experiences
The taproom and Knead share one room on Richmond Terrace. One tab covers both. Come for a side-pull pilsner, stay for brick-fire pizza, or the other way around. Walk-ins welcome; reservations recommended for dinner.
Twenty taps, ten feet from the tanks
Side-pull faucets, a Mug Club shelf that's been filling up since day one, and cans to go from the cooler. Doors at noon, no reservations needed.

A full restaurant, seven feet from your pint
Knead is a full restaurant inside the taproom: seafood-forward Italian and New American from Executive Chef Rafael Ortiz, with brick-fire pizza and house-made pasta as the anchors. Same room, same tab, table service from 5 p.m.
Across a 14-year career in New York kitchens, Chef Ortiz has worked under April Bloomfield and David Burke, and credits Italian-Mediterranean chef Nina Clemente as a defining mentor.
Take the whole room
Birthdays, launches, rehearsal dinners, beer dinners. We host anywhere from 15 to 150 with pizza from the oven and whatever's freshest on tap.
