(\"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\"), located at 814 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to enter this Site or purchase any products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. We use an age verification gate and reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order where age cannot be reasonably verified. Alcohol will not be sold or delivered to anyone under the legal drinking age, and a valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of pickup or delivery.
3. Products and Orders
We sell craft beer, merchandise, and related goods through the Site. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect the order violates these Terms or applicable law. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith but may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices without notice.
4. Alcohol Sales and Pickup
Beer purchased through the Site is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Certain products may only be available for in-person pickup at our Staten Island location, and a valid ID confirming you are 21 or older is required at pickup. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the alcohol laws that apply to you.
5. Merchandise, Shipping, and Fulfillment
Certain merchandise is produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand partners. Shipping times, costs, and availability may vary depending on the product and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or fulfillment partners once an order has left our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Merchandise sold through the Site is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully (including size, color and quantity) before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@killsboro.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If we confirm a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. This does not apply to items damaged through normal wear, improper care, or misuse.
7. Payment
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including the Kills Boro name, logo, designs, text, graphics and images) is the property of Kills Boro Brewing Co. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
