"Hopfensau" is our latest German-style Pilsner, named after the Tettnang hop tradition of calling the person to harvest the last bine of the season the "Hopfensau" (Hop sow). Brewed with whole leaf Tettnang, Mittelfrüh, Select, and Tradition hops. Notes of white pepper, earthiness, black tea, and a refreshing bitterness.
