Hopfensau is here
Our latest German-style pilsner, named for the Tettnang harvest
tradition: whoever cuts the last bine of the season is the
Hopfensau. Whole leaf Tettnang, Mittelfrüh, Select and
Tradition hops. White pepper, black tea and a refreshing
bitterness.

Twenty taps a few feet from the tanks, and Knead’s full dinner
service beside them: seafood-forward Italian and New American,
brick-fire pizza and house-made pasta. Doors at noon. Walk-ins
welcome; reservations recommended for dinner.
